Hello everyone, I was gifted this wonderful jewelry from Gewellryz.com.  This necklace is one of a kind hand beaded pearl necklace.  It is very light and has a beautiful appearance.  

It is 15'' long and also have a 2.5'' adjustable chain on it. It doesn't feel tight on the neck.

There is no secret that I am a plus-size women over 50.  I like to look nice but I like to dress for my age.  I had seen these Larace tops for many years now and I always wanted to try them.  I thought that they would probably look real cheap.  

These shirts have really good reviews on it on Amazon.

I love wearing prints.  Some people say that they make you look bigger but I think that they bring out your personality and your style.  This shirt is sleeveless and I just added a white T-shirt under it, to cover my arms a bit more. 

I am wearing it with jeans but you can wear them with leggings, and a straight pant. It is really comfortable and it fits me perfectly.

I bought this shirt and fell in love with it.  These shirts can be worn all year round if you add a cardigan or a jacket in the late Fall and the Winter.

They sell this shirt with a sleeve and they also have the Larace Dresses that I will get a couple of.  These shirts are easy to wash and then hang up or you could dry it in the dryer.  I didn't even have to iron it and that is always good.

I used to not wear glasses; until I was diagnosed with diabetes about 21 years ago.

It is hard sometimes to find eyeglasses that will look good on you.  I went to my optometrist and found that either their eyeglasses were not attractive or the nice ones were too high.

I live on a budget and remember some years ago, my nephew (rest in peace baby) had on some excellent eyeglasses and said that he purchased them online.  I thought to myself (how will I get eyeglasses online)  I thought it would be very difficult until one day I was told that the glasses that I wanted would be six hundred dollars.  Of course, I didn't get them.

Having a particular style was important to me.  My sister wears very stylish eyeglasses, but I wanted the look without the high price.

A few weeks ago, I stumbled across a few online eyeglasses stores, and I was surprised at the cute glasses that I saw.  Most of the sites had a way that you could try on different frames, and that was so helpful.  Some of them looked ridiculous and I learned that with the shape of my face, I need large to extra-large eyeglasses.  My favorite shape is the square or the rectangular shape.

I saw these cute green cat eye eyeglasses.  I tried them on, and I thought they were cute, but I wasn't sure.  The price was so good that I ordered them anyway.  When I opened the package, they looked so pretty, and they had a good weight to them.  Here are the eyeglasses that I have on.

The prescription was perfect, and I can see very well.  These sites are saving me and others so much money and I will continue to get my eyeglasses this way. I am very pleased with the look and quality.

I had dabbled with faux eyelashes but never seriously wore them.  This year I decided to learn how to apply them.  My skills still aren't perfect but they are getting a little better.  

I purchased some faux mink lashes and I find them very easy to apply.  They feel very comfortable they come in a variety of sizes.

I went to my local name brand pharmacy and I saw so many that were kinda expensive.  Since I am not an (eyelashtologist) yes, I made up my own word; I didn't want to pay too much. Mainly, I wanted to find eyelashes to just practice on so I started to get inexpensive eyelashes.

They didn't last that long but I started to see that the ones that are a little more expensive are better.  

Lately, I also have been experimenting with different eyelash glue to find the brand that works the best.  Have been getting a lot of compliments on my faux mink lashes and I think I will stick with these unless I find some that works better. 

 As I get older, lashes really does a great job at making my face look better. They look so glamorous. When I wear lashes, I do not have to wear as much makeup because I can apply the lashes and go.

After experiencing hair loss in my mid-twenties I started wearing hair pieces and wigs.  There are so many different styles that you can choose now because years ago the styles were limited.

I usually buy straight bob wigs and shoulder-length wigs that have a little curl to them.  Recently, I have been exploring a little more and I decided to buy an Afro wig.  These wigs feel light on the head and the texture is very natural looking. 

You can see from the picture that this wig has a little curl almost like a Jheri Curl. You can comb it out more to give it more volume or you can pat it and it will give a smaller appearance.  It is nice to be able to change to a different style anytime I want.  

Wigs give you plenty of freedom to wear your hair in a different way at any given time.  I have alopecia and I have tried a lot of products that are supposed to help your hair grow.  A lot of those products don't work but if I do find a solution, I will come back and let you know what I am using, but right now I am enjoying my wigs.
